Its origin in Vinho Verde and the unusual combination of a red and a white grape variety give it a distinctive profile, marked by the identity of the territory and a very particular winemaking approach.

According to available information, the grapes are grown on traditional terraces in the Douro Verde region, in granitic soils. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 7 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine aged on lees from Avesso white wine from the same plot and remained on fine lees for 10 months, contributing to greater complexity and texture.

1000 Curvas Unico - Red Wine is not clarified, filtered, or stabilized. This production method seeks to preserve the wine's authenticity and the purest expression of the raw material and its place of origin. The result is a wine of original character, designed for those who appreciate less conventional interpretations and minimal cellar intervention.
