Altas Quintas Reserve - White Wine

Altas Quintas Reserva - White Wine is a wine from the Alentejo region made from Verdelho and Arinto grapes, two varieties that contribute to a balanced and gastronomic profile. Vinification is carried out with fermentation in French oak barrels, with battonage and a controlled temperature of 14°C, a process designed to preserve the expression of the fruit and add complexity and texture to the whole.

After fermentation, the wine ages for 4 months in the same barrels, followed by a period in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees. This aging method favors greater depth, unctuousness and harmony, resulting in a white wine with good presence on the palate and a carefully crafted profile. Due to its versatility at the table, it is an excellent option to accompany fish dishes and white meats.
