Atlantis Reserve - White Wine

Atlantis Reserva - White Wine is a Madeira wine produced by the Madeira Wine Company from the Verdelho grape variety. It presents a complex and intense profile, supported by excellent acidity, a characteristic that gives it balance, freshness and aging potential. On the nose and palate, notes of exotic fruit, mineral nuances and a subtle hint of oak stand out, prolonging the tasting in a long and expressive finish.

In the winemaking process, the grapes were transported in small containers and refrigerated for 12 hours before pressing, a process designed to preserve the quality of the raw material. Fermentation was divided equally between stainless steel tanks and 500-liter "François Frère" French oak barrels, a combination that contributes to the balance between freshness, texture, and aromatic complexity.

At the table, it reveals great versatility, pairing particularly well with oily fish, dishes with pronounced acidity such as ceviche, white meats, and aged cheeses. For best enjoyment, it is recommended to serve it between 12°C and 14°C.
