BEYRA Cuvée Especial Rosé - Rosé Wine is a rosé from the Beira Interior region, produced by Beyra, which reveals an elegant, complex and very distinctive profile. Born in high-altitude vineyards, in an area marked by schist and granite soils, it precisely expresses the fresh and mineral character of this origin. The careful vinification, with gentle pressing and fermentation in "perles", followed by batonnage until the end of winter and aging in the bottle, contributes to its enveloping texture and greater aromatic depth.

On the nose, it presents a sophisticated expression, where mineral notes and a delicate smoky hint emerge, well integrated with suggestions of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. The whole gains even greater subtlety with nuances of bergamot, lavender and pomegranate, creating a fine and appealing profile.
