Description | BEYRA - Rosé Wine
BEYRA - Rosé Wine is a rosé from the Beira Interior region, produced by Beyra from the Mourisco, Rufete and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. This combination of traditional varieties gives rise to a wine that expresses the character of the interior of Portugal, in a fresh and balanced interpretation.
According to available information, the grapes are harvested manually to preserve the quality of the raw material. Upon arrival at the winery, they are fully destemmed and pressed, with very little contact between the skins and the must, in order to achieve their rosé hue. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, between 16 and 17 ºC, with native yeasts, contributing to respecting the natural identity of the fruit and the terroir.
The result is a wine designed for relaxed moments and for those seeking a rosé with a delicate profile and regional authenticity. BEYRA - Rosé Wine reveals Beyra's connection to the Beira Interior region and the potential of its grape varieties, in a contemporary and appealing style.
