According to available information, the grapes are harvested manually and then undergo total destemming, crushing, and cooling. Fermentation takes place between 22 and 26 ºC for 7 days, with gentle maceration, in a process aimed at preserving the expression of the fruit and the overall balance. The result is a superior, rich, and refined red wine, with a profile that combines intensity, elegance, and authenticity.
