C by Cabriz - White Wine, from Quinta de Cabriz, is a white wine from the Dão and Lafões region, designed to offer freshness, aromatic expression, and versatility at the table. Its production includes total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, and controlled alcoholic fermentation at 15°C. After fermentation, the wine ages for 2 months in stainless steel with bâtonnage and a further 2 months in the bottle, contributing to a balanced and harmonious tasting experience.

In the glass, it presents a defined citrine color with slight greenish reflections. The aroma stands out for its intensity and the presence of notes of tropical fruits and citrus blossom, which give it a lively and appealing profile.
