Castelo do Sulco Seleção dos Enólogos Reserva - Red Wine is a wine from the Lisbon region, produced by Quinta do Gradil from the Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Syrah grape varieties. It results from a careful selection of grapes, with total destemming, and ferments in small stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of 24ºC, seeking to preserve the expression of the fruit and guarantee balance to the whole.

This blend combines two grape varieties with a long tradition in Portugal, showcasing the elegance and depth of Syrah. Six months of aging in French oak barrels contributes to its structure and complexity without sacrificing harmony. Aromatically, it features notes of spices and ripe wild berries, while on the palate it reveals good structure, present yet silky tannins, and a long, persistent finish.
