Domini Plus - Red Wine

Domini Plus - Red Wine, from José Maria da Fonseca, is a wine from the Porto and Douro region, produced from the Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional grape varieties. Originating from the Douro Superior, it reveals the character of the region through an elegant, balanced and expressive profile.

In the glass, it presents a deep red color. The aroma highlights fruity notes, accompanied by hints of schist, rockrose, and black and blue fruits, such as blackberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is smooth and harmonious, with well-integrated fruit and a soft finish, confirming its gastronomic potential and elegance.

The winemaking process involves skin contact, followed by 12 months of aging in new French oak barrels, which contributes to the structure and complexity of the whole. It is a good choice to accompany roasted or grilled red meats, as well as soft cheeses. To best appreciate its qualities, it is recommended to serve at 14ºC and consume at around 16ºC.
