Herdade Aldeia de Cima Garrafeira - Red Wine is an Alentejo wine designed to reveal depth, elegance, and aging potential. According to available information, it results from a blend of Alicante Bouschet and Aragonês grapes, with manual harvesting and traditional vinification in French oak vats. Aging lasts for 12 months in vats, followed by a further 18 months in the bottle before release, a process that contributes to its complexity and aging potential.

On the palate, it presents an intense ruby color and an aroma marked by ripe black and red fruits, enveloped in balsamic notes, spices, and a subtle mineral hint. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with present but well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, persistent finish. Due to its presence and sophistication, it pairs particularly well with grilled or roasted red meats, kid goat, lamb, and traditional Alentejo dishes.
