Monte da Ravasqueira Licoroso - Fortified Wine

Monte da Ravasqueira Licoroso - Fortified Wine is a fortified wine produced by Monte da Ravasqueira in the Alentejo region. Made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz grapes, it results from a joint vinification process in a traditional winery, with prior selection of the bunches on a sorting table. Part of the batch, about a third, is aged in French oak barrels, contributing to greater depth and complexity in the final profile of the wine.

It presents a deep ruby color and an elegant and refined aroma, marked by fresh and intense notes of blackcurrant, cherry and blueberry, enveloped by hints of licorice, rosemary and light spices. On the palate it reveals concentrated black fruit, elegant but firm and well-integrated tannins, offering a balanced and delicate whole. It also stands out for the varietal expression of Touriga, in an intense and enveloping style, suitable for those who appreciate fortified wines with structure, character and aromatic richness.
