MR Premium - Rosé Wine, from Monte da Ravasqueira, is an Alentejo wine that reveals a careful and distinctive approach to this style. The result of various winemaking experiments, it presents itself as an elegant and expressive rosé, designed for those seeking freshness combined with complexity. Its salmon color immediately conveys visual delicacy and a sophisticated character.

In the cellar, this wine ferments for 16 days with daily battonage, followed by six months of aging in French oak barrels, with light battonage during the first two months. This process gives it greater depth, texture and persistence, while maintaining the vivacity that makes it particularly appealing.

On the nose, floral notes stand out, with slightly smoky hints, white chocolate, and white cherry. On the palate, it reveals itself as dry, mineral, juicy, and long-lasting, with an enveloping texture and a very balanced delicacy. A rosé with a classic profile, where subtle fruit and minerality unite harmoniously.
