Mumm Demi Sec - Sparkling Wine

Mumm Demi Sec - Sparkling Wine is a champagne from the Champagne region, made predominantly with Pinot Meunier, complemented by a subtle blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It has a deep color with golden-yellow and amber reflections, accompanied by an abundance of lively bubbles, which reinforce its festive and captivating character.

On the nose, it reveals rich and expressive notes of peach and pear compote, nougat and fruit jelly, enveloped by hints of honey and gingerbread. As it evolves in the glass, nuances of dried fruit also emerge, as well as hints of pastry, such as vanilla, brioche and honey, along with slight toasted notes.

On the palate, it is very round, smooth and sweet, with notes of honey balanced by a distinct freshness on the finish. The profile is generous and harmonious, combining sweetness, volume and vivacity. After several years of aging in the cellar, the notes of dried fruit tend to become more defined, adding complexity to the whole.
