Quinta do Crasto Finest Reserve - Port Wine

Quinta do Crasto Reserva - Port Wine is a Port wine from the Porto and Douro region, produced by Quinta do Crasto, which reveals the identity and tradition of the Douro through a balanced and expressive profile. Made from old vines, with a diverse planting of grape varieties, it results in a complex and harmonious blend, true to the classic character of the house's great Ports.

The grapes are carefully selected, gently crushed without destemming, and sent to traditional stone lagares (wine presses) where they are foot-trodden at regular intervals. Fermentation is then stopped by the addition of grape brandy, following the traditional method of producing Port wine.

In the glass, it presents a vibrant ruby color. The aroma stands out for the excellent harmony between balsamic notes and wild berries from the Douro region, in an enveloping and seductive combination. On the palate, it is elegant, compact and with good volume, supported by round and fine tannins, which provide depth and balance. The finish is marked by freshness, elegance and persistence, making this wine a very appealing choice to enjoy at different times.
