Titan of Douro Fragmentado - White Wine

Titan of Douro Fragmentado - White Wine is a wine from the Porto and Douro region that expresses the identity of old, high-altitude vines and the complexity of a blend constructed from several selected harvests. Originating from century-old vines situated between 750 and 850 meters above sea level, in schist-granite soils at the foot of the Serra do Reboredo mountain range, it presents a distinct profile, marked by freshness, depth, and precision. The winemaking process includes manual selection of the grapes and 48 hours of skin maceration, followed by fermentation and aging in French oak barrels.

On the nose, it reveals great complexity, with notes of bakery, bread and biscuit, enveloped by hints of honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. On the palate, it shows a layered structure, with generous volume and a vibrant acidity that sustains the tasting from beginning to end. It is a deep, energetic and very balanced white wine, where the freshness of the altitude combines with the texture and breadth provided by aging in wood.
