Verdelho da Malhadinha - White Wine

Verdelho da Malhadinha - White Wine is a white wine from Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, produced in the Alentejo region from the Verdelho grape variety. It is a varietal expression focused on the freshness and purity of the fruit, reflecting the profile of this grape variety in the Alentejo climate. The harvest is carried out manually, at dawn, in 12 kg boxes, followed by the selection of the grapes, destemming and gentle pressing, in a process carefully considered from the origin.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, with the aim of preserving the aromatic intensity and natural character of the grape. In the glass, it reveals a fresh profile, with well-defined and elegant citrus and vegetal notes. On the palate, it is intense yet balanced, with good vivacity and a marked fresh fruit character. It is a versatile and gastronomic white wine, particularly suitable for light meals, relaxed moments at the table, or for those seeking a straightforward, vibrant, and harmonious Alentejo white wine.
