Vicentino Sauvignon Blanc - White Wine is a single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc produced by Vicentino Wines in the Alentejo region of Portugal. Originating from the Vicentina Coast, it benefits from a strong Atlantic influence that shapes the wine's style, giving it a fresh, vibrant, and highly gastronomic expression. The vines are planted in clay-schist and sandy-loam soils, a context that contributes to the aromatic definition and the sensation of balance on the palate.

In the glass, it reveals the characteristic profile of the grape variety, with an elegant vegetal component, accompanied by notes of soft tropical fruits. On the nose and palate, hints of passion fruit and pineapple emerge, enveloped by a maritime freshness and a subtle minerality that reinforces its coastal identity.
